How to Use
  1. Mix: Mix Okeea Blueberry Bleaching Powder with your chosen developer in a non-metallic bowl until a smooth, creamy blend is obtained. Apply the prepared mixture to dry hair.
  2. Apply: Apply the prepared mixture to dry hair.
  3. Rinse: Once the desired level is achieved, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and then shampoo.

Suitable Developers:

  • 3% (10 volume)
  • 6% (20 volume)
  • 9% (30 volume)

Proper Mixing Ratio: The mixing ratio for Okeea Blueberry Bleaching Powder is 1:2. To prepare the mixture:

  • Place 30 g (one scoop) of powder into a non-metallic bowl.
  • Add 60 g (two scoops) of your selected developer. This mixture is suitable for foil techniques such as highlights, ombré, balayage, and also for full-head bleaching.

Processing Time:

  • Maximum processing time on the hair: 45 minutes
  • Processing time may vary; monitor the hair frequently throughout the bleaching process.
