How to Use
  1. Mix: Mix Okeea White Bleaching Powder with your chosen developer in a non-metallic bowl until a smooth, creamy blend is obtained. Apply the prepared mixture to dry hair.
  2. Apply: Apply the prepared mixture to dry hair.
  3. Rinse: Once the desired level reached, rinse the hair thoroughly with lukewarm water and then shampoo.

Suitable Developers:

  • 3% (10 volume)
  • 6% (20 volume)
  • 9% (30 volume)

Recommended Mixing Ratios: This powder can be used with two different ratios:

  • Ratio 1:1.5 → 30 g (1 scoop) powder + 45 g (1.5 scoops) developer — Ideal for foil techniques such as highlights, ombré, balayage, or full bleaching. Can also be used for retouching previously bleached hair.
  • Ratio 1:2 → 30 g (1 scoop) powder + 60 g (2 scoops) developer — Suitable for foil techniques or full bleaching.

Processing Time:

  • Maximum processing time on hair: 60 minutes.
  • Approximate time to reach the target level: 30–60 minutes.
  • Always check the hair regularly during the process.
