OKEEA Luxeform Perm One is a professional hair perm product developed for different hair types, allowing a variety of curl applications. The product is available in two formulations (Perm 0 for resistant hair, Perm 1 for normal hair), and helps protect the health of the hair thanks to the hydrolyzed rice protein during the perming process. This product is only for professional use.

Perm Neutralizer: OKEEA Perm Neutralizer is a stabilizer that helps secure the curls during the perming process and supports the permanence of the resulting curls.

Ingredients

Perm: Aqua, Ammonium Thioglycolate, Ammonium Bicarbonate, Phenoxyethanol, Ammonia, Tetrasodium EDTA, Hydrolyzed Rice Protein, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Polysorbate 20, Polyquaternium-6, Parfum, Etidronic Acid, Limonene.

Neutralizer: Aqua, Hydrogen Peroxide, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Cocamide DEA, Phosphoric Acid, Hydrolyzed Rice Protein, Glycerin, Oxyquinoline Sulfate.

How to Use
  1. Diagnosis: Identify the customer's hair type and choose the suitable perm liquid.
  2. Curler Selection: Choose curlers according to the desired curl effect.
  3. Shampoo: Wash hair thoroughly with shampoo and remove the excess water with towel.
  4. Curler Positioning: Position curlers based on the chosen style.
  5. Perm Liquid Application (Perm 1): After all curlers are positioned, saturate them with Perm One 1 liquid for normal hair, leaving it on for 10-15 minutes. Ensure thorough saturation by moving the nozzle along each curler. Ensure not to exceed the maximum time indicated in the process guide.
  6. Rinse: When development time is complete, rinse thoroughly for 5 minutes with perfectly lukewarm to warm water without removing the curlers, and remove any excess water. This will remove all of the perm liquid and reduce the strength of the perm scent when complete. If the perm liquid is not completely rinsed, it may cause chemical damage to the hair.
  7. Neutralizer Application: Pour 2/3 of the Okeea Luxeform Neutralizer onto each curler, ensuring they are completely saturated. Leave on for 5-10 minutes. Please note that perm liquid is intended to be used exclusively with Okeea Luxeform Neutralizer.
  8. Unwind Curlers: Carefully unwind the curlers, then apply the remaining third of Okeea Luxeform Neutralizer and leave on for an additional 5 minutes to ensure all remaining areas are fully saturated.
  9. Final Rinse: Rinse thoroughly.
