Mix Okeea Oxy Cream with the desired amount of hair color or bleaching powder in a non-metallic bowl following the recommended ratio until a smooth and uniform mixture is achieved. Apply evenly to the hair. After the processing time specified in the hair color or bleach instructions, rinse thoroughly.
